Welcome to our client support hub. This hub allows you to submit support requests, book in-house platform training sessions, find answers to many of the frequently asked questions around technology, liquidity and post-trade queries.

You can also email us with any queries you may have in relation to our FX trading solutions.

Our in-house support team are available Sunday 5 PM to Friday 5 PM EST.

SUPPORT REQUEST FORM

Direct urgent requests to your account manager or call operations without delay.

Please complete the support request form to contact our eFX operations team. We will respond to your query subject to its urgency. If your query is time sensitive, such as regarding off-market transactions, we recommend you call or email us immediately.

 

We are available Sunday 5pm EST to Friday 5pm EST.

The RULE BOOK stipulates that all off-market transactions must be reported within 30 minutes of execution of such transaction.
